We offer three fee structures: Market Only at a flat £895 one-off fee (you manage viewings and negotiation yourself), Market & Negotiate at £850 upfront plus 0.5% commission on completion, and Full Service at 1% commission with no upfront fee at all. All three include professional photography, floorplans and an optimised Rightmove listing — the difference is how hands-on you want to be.
How long does it take to sell a house in Surrey and Berkshire?
It varies by area and price point — our busiest markets by sales volume are Woking and Ascot, while lower-volume villages like Sunningdale and Chobham can take longer simply because fewer comparable homes come to market. A proper local valuation, rather than a national average, is the best way to get a realistic timeline for your specific property.
